Go Fish Media Returns & Refunds Policy

This Go Fish Media Returns & Refunds Policy discloses the returns and refunds practices for GoTroutFishing.com, GoFishWV.com and GoFish.Media ("Websites"). This returns and refunds notice applies solely to orders placed through those Websites.

1.0 FULL REFUND QUALIFICATION

To receive a full refund, all buyers must return the item in unopened, new, unworn condition with seals intact and in original, unopened, undamaged, reusable shipping packaging within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

If the buyer does not have a prepaid label, they must return the item via a USPS trackable shipping method and send the carrier and tracking number to Go Fish Media in order to qualify for a full refund.

2.0 PREPARING YOUR RETURN

All items should be returned in the original packaging, as well as the original shipping packaging AND placed within a well insulated box or bubble mailer to insure that they are returned in the best condition possible.

Any return not packaged using this method may be subject to a fee of 20-50% of the item price. It is possible that the return may not be acceptable and the buyer would not receive a refund at all. (see section 4 below)

3.0 SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

If the reason for the return was due to Go Fish Media's error, they will provide a prepaid return label.

If the reason for the return was NOT due to Go Fish Media's error, The buyer will return the item using a USPS trackable shipping service.

The buyer WILL contact Go Fish Media through the Contact form, so that Go Fish Media is aware of the status of the return and the buyer may get a full refund.

If a package does not arrive and the buyer does not use a trackable method to return or if the buyer refuses the shipment as a method of return, Go Fish Media may not be able to cover the buyer under their Returns and Refunds Policy.

4.0 CONDITION OF YOUR RETURN

If the returned item is found to be unopened, in New condition and in original, unopened, undamaged, reusable shipping packaging, the buyer may receive a full refund.

If the returned item is found to be unopened, in New condition and in opened or damaged original shipping packaging, the buyer may receive a refund with a restocking fee of 20% of the item price.

If the returned item is found to be damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a Go Fish Media error, the buyer may receive a refund with a fee up to 50% of the item price.

If the returned item is found to be damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering, or has been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery, the return may not be accepted and the buyer would not receive a refund.

5.0 NOTES ON YOUR RETURN & REFUND

If the buyer does not find Go Fish Media's Returns and Refunds Policy acceptable, the buyer may cancel the refund at their discretion.

A full refund is defined as the value of the returned item and item tax. This does not necessarily include the value of shipping and shipping tax.

6.0 SUBMITTING YOUR RETURN AND REFUND REQUEST

It may take up to 30 days to receive a refund.

7.0 WARRANTY RETURNS

Go Fish Media LLC will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to prepay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Go Fish Media LLC to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

8.0 DIGITAL PRODUCT RETURNS

Unless otherwise specified, any digital products, such as Printable Map PDF files, are not returnable after purchase.

9.0 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY CHANGES

Go Fish Media reserves the right to make changes to its Returns and Refunds Policy at any time and for any reason.
